한중우호연합총회 우수근 총회장과 스타갤럭시즈 글로벌 미디어 엔테테인먼트 오승용 회장 MOU 체결

[강남 소비자저널=김은정 대표기자] 2024년 8월 12일(월) 한중글로벌협회에서 한중우호연합총회의 우수근 총회장과 오승용 회장간에 MOU가 체결됐다.

상호 합의한 행사에 한해서는 양측이 공동 의장으로서 행사를 공동 주최한다. 이를 통해 한중 양국 간 인문 경제 발전 및 더 나아가 아시아를 비롯한 전 세계의 평화와 인문 경제 발전 등을 추구해 나가게 된다.

또한  양자는 위 목적을 위하여 필요 시 양측 합의 후 별도로 한국 또는 해외 법인을 공동 설립하고, 공동 의장으로서 상호 협력한다.

우수근 총회장은 “한중우호연합총회는 실질적으로 한중 관계개선과 우호협력관계 중심을 위해 관련 전문가로 회장단과 이사진을 꾸려 이사회와 임시총회도 열었고, 중국대사가 직접 방문하여 축사를 해 줄 정도로 중국정부의 신뢰가 두텁다”면서 “북경과 상하이에도 지사무소를 각각 두고 있다”고 설명했다.

우수근 총회장은 인하대학교 정치외교학과를 수석 졸업 그리고 일본 게이오대학(석사)과 미국 미네소타대학(로스쿨석사)을 거쳐 중국 상하이 화동사범대학에서 법학박사 학위를 취득했다.

오승용 회장은 아이오더블유지씨에이대학 로스쿨과 국제기구학 석사 출신이면서 international organization-World Green Climate Association 국제기구교수를 역임하였다. 기후환경전문가로서 정부와 기업들을 대상으로 국제활동을 오랫동안 하였다. 미국 칼빈대학교 선교신학 명예박사이다.

또한 말레이시아 쿠알라룸푸에서 거주하며 K-POP 문화교육사업에도 활동하였다. K-POP문화올림픽의 국제조직위원장 및 국제휴머니티총연맹의 글로벌회장을 역임하였다.

우수근 총회장과 오승용 회장은 한중우호연합총회의 공동행사를 정기적으로 공동개최하며, 아시아와 전 세계의 평화와 인문 경제 발전을 위한 공동법인을 말레이시아에 설립하는 데 협력하기로 하였다.

또한 말레이시아에서 세계평화경제발전을 위한 포럼 및 축제를 준비하기로 하였다.

Korea-China Friendship Union General Assembly Chairman Woo Su-keun and Star Galaxies Global Media Entertainment Chairman Oh Seung-yong Sign MOU

Seoul, August 12, 2024 — An MOU was signed today between Chairman Woo Su-keun and Chairman Oh Seung-yong of the Korea-China Friendship Union General Assembly at the Korea-China Global Association headquarters. The agreement stipulates that for mutually agreed-upon events, both parties will co-chair and jointly host the activities. This collaboration aims to advance the development of humanities and economics between Korea and China, and to further promote peace and economic growth across Asia and globally.

The agreement also includes provisions for the establishment of a joint corporation in Korea or abroad if necessary, with both parties cooperating as co-chairs to achieve the stated goals.

Chairman Woo Su-keun remarked, “The Korea-China Friendship Union General Assembly is dedicated to improving Korea-China relations and fostering friendly cooperation. We have assembled a board of experts and have held board meetings and extraordinary general assemblies, receiving strong support from the Chinese government, including a personal visit and congratulatory message from the Chinese Ambassador.” He further explained that the Assembly has established branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai.

Chairman Woo is a distinguished graduate of Inha University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, and has earned master’s degrees from Keio University in Japan and the University of Minnesota Law School in the United States. He completed his doctoral studies in law at East China Normal University in Shanghai.

Chairman Oh Seung-yong holds an honorary doctorate in missiology from Calvin University in the United States. He is an alumnus of the IOWGCA Law School and has a master’s degree in International Organizations. He has served as an international organization professor at the World Green Climate Association and has extensive experience in international activities involving governments and businesses. Additionally, he has been involved in K-pop cultural education projects and has held positions as the International Organizing Committee Chair for the K-pop Cultural Olympics and Global Chairman of International Humannity General Union

The two chairpersons have agreed to regularly co-host joint events under the Korea-China Friendship Union General Assembly and collaborate on establishing a joint corporation in Malaysia to promote peace and economic development in Asia and globally. Furthermore, they will prepare for forums and festivals focused on world peace and economic development in Malaysia.
